One on One
Many clients choose to continue on the path of Private Consultation, benefitting from an intimate workout and learning the essence of the Pilates system. Each session is designed based on your individual requirements. One on ones will strengthen your understanding of the Pilates method of training and enhance your personal experience, ultimately leading you to a more positive result.
One on One sessions can be mat or equipment based and offer unique feedback, correction and exercises aimed to enhance your learning and address any specific issues such as injuries or pain.
Private Consultation is highly recommended to injured or rehabilitating clients so that we can offer guidance and advice on the best way forward.
Trio Class
Encore Pilates also offers Trio equipment sessions, utilizing reformers, wunda chairs and smaller apparatus to promise you a systematically choreographed, full body workout. Small class sizes allow your instructor to focus on individual needs while following the principles of Pilates.
Trio classes are designed to give guidance in the same way as the One on Ones. Born from the desire to create a system of exercises that will challenge the entire body, including the muscles, heart, lungs and central operating centre, the brain. These sessions are particularly popular with clients wishing to attend multiple sessions or for those individuals who seek the camaraderie experienced in these classes.
Mat Workout
Looking to increase your Pilates regime? While equipment sessions use resistance springs to tone and support your body, the Mat Workout relies on your own strength, balance and co-ordination to defy gravity, improve range of motion and enhance proprioception. One hour on the mat will work you to the very core.
The Mat Workout is a great addition to your weekly equipment class and is offered to individuals currently attending studio sessions who are pain and injury free. Mat Workout classes assume a sound understanding of the Pilates language and fundamental exercises.
